BARBERSHOP POLICY (CUSTOMER & SERVICE POLICY)
1. General Service Policy
* All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with local health and safety regulations.
* Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
* All payments are due immediately after service.
2. Hygiene & Sanitation Policy
* The shop follows strict sanitation standards in line with Barbers’ Association guidelines.
* All tools and equipment are cleaned and disinfected before and after each client.
* Disposable items are used where required and discarded after single use.
3. Client-Owned Clippers & Tools Policy
To maintain hygiene, service quality, and liability standards:
* The shop does not guarantee acceptance of client-owned tools (including clippers, trimmers, guards, or combs).
* If a barber agrees to use a client’s clippers:
* The tools must be visibly clean and in good working condition
* The barber reserves the right to sanitize the equipment before use
* The shop reserves the right to refuse use of any personal equipment at its sole discretion without explanation.
Liability Clause:
* By requesting the use of personal tools, the client acknowledges that:
* The shop is not responsible for performance issues (e.g., uneven cuts, pulling, malfunction)
* The shop is not liable for any skin irritation, infection, or injury resulting from the use of personal equipment
4. Service Refusal Rights
The shop reserves the right to refuse service if:
* A client has visible scalp conditions, infections, or open wounds
* A client behaves in a disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate manner
* The requested service may compromise hygiene or professional standards
5. Children & Supervision
* Children must be supervised at all times when not receiving a service.
* The shop is not responsible for unattended minors.
6. Satisfaction Policy
* If you are not satisfied with your haircut, please inform us before leaving the chair so we can make adjustments.
* No refunds once service is completed, but reasonable corrections may be offered at management’s discretion.
7. Shop Conduct
* Respect for staff and other clients is mandatory.
* No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior permitted on premises.
Indemnity Clause:
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the barbershop and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of client-provided tools or failure to disclose relevant health conditions.
